Description: F01 "Figure", Commonly identified as "Slender Man" generally appears as a tall, faceless man wearing a business suit. Some forms of F01 have exhibited tentacles extending from their back.
Abilities: Damaging effect on electronic devices, aside from Orginator Units. Illness in Human Targets, commonly Identified as "Slender Sickness". Illness causes Seizures and Memory Loss. Advanced and Exalted Units are not affected by Ilness, but are unable to function in F01's presence due to effect on Electronics.
Behaviour: Is commonly known to stalk humans who have viewed it, but accounts of it's behavior vary.
Rarely engages in direct combat.
Servants: See #FILE MISSING#
Conclusion: Class 1 Entity, Extremely hostile to Originator, all instances of #FILE MISSING# are to be terminated. Due to F01's effect on Advanced and Exalted units, no actions are to be taken against F01 itself.
